In order to secure a spot in LOCC the following will need to be completed upon enrollment:

• Schedule the first initial interview & tour of my child care.
• Please bring your child with you during this time so he/she may also become familiar with myself and the environment. During this time you will receive my Welcome Packet which includes my Policy Handbook & Illness Policy to review and ask questions about as well as a References Page.
• Once accepted into LOCC a short meeting to discuss paperwork will be scheduled.
• You will receive my Enrollment Packet which contains all of the necessary paperwork to enroll your child. You will also need to hold your child’s spot with an Enrollment Fee depending on your child’s age. All forms and immunization history must be completed and returned before a child is accepted into my child care program.
